what should i use for a proper skin routine? should i do this twice a day?

OPTIONAL:


cleanser


exfoliater


toner

First of all, why would a cleanser be optional?





Anyway, here's what it should consist of:





-Cleanser


-Toner


-Acne Spot Treatment (if needed)


- Moisturizer


- Eye Cream

I'm not familiar with the brand you're interested in. However, a good skin care regime should consist of a cleanser, toner, moisturizer, and sunscreen (spf 15 or above). This is the bare minimum. Often times, you can purchase products containing salicylic acid if you're prone to acne. Also, you can find moisturizers that contain sunscreen in them.





I also use an anti-aging cream (at night) and an exfoliator (once a week).
not sure about the cost, but i know what i do is this :


i wake up, use a stridex cleaning pad on my face


then i use a clean %26amp; clear clenser


thenn !


i take a clean %26amp; clear with benzyl peroxide spot treatment and put it on all my major zits.





try to go away from makeup = coverup bronzer powder etc.
