What is your Skin Care Routine?

Mine is to wash my face with Neutrogena's Oil-Free Acne Wash two times a day, remove my eye makeup with Estee Lauder's Eye Makeup Remover, wash my face with Estee Lauder's Foaming Cleanser once a day, and hydrate my skin with Pond's Dry Skin CreamWhat is your Skin Care Routine?
you are having some skin problems aren't you? over washing not only over dries your skin which causes it to then overproduce oil and cause more breakouts but it also breaks down the skins elasticity which means after just a few years of this you will begin to age prematurely which isn't reversible. then ponds on top of it. whew, that seriously has mineral oil which is the the top known irritant to skin, or acne causer. eye makeup removers all have the same base of baby oil for the main ingredient so use estee lauders if you like it but baby oil does the same and is cheaper.

i have to suggest washing no more than morning and night and switching to an oil free, water based moisturizer with sunscreen. by cutting out the third washing you give your skin time to heal in between cleanings. plus washing has nothing to do with acne. its hormones, genetics and stress. sure cleansers can help, but overdoing it will make it worse not better.

oh i use sfc waterless face wash 1x a day and then apply duac. i don't have acne anymore despite the fact that i stuggled with it for over 20 years and tried everything otc and prescription before discovering these 2 great products. What is your Skin Care Routine?
I use Reverse by Rodan + Fields. I have sun damage and this line targets sun spots and dullness due to sun damage. It is only available through independent consultants. Loved it so much, I began selling it.

Morning:

wash face with Neutrogena Deep Clean Cream Cleanser

moisturize with Clean and Clear oil free moisturizer

then if i have a inflamed spot, i put visine on it, it reduces the redness just like it would for your eyes. and if i have a pimple or something i put toothpaste on, it dries out the oils
This is what i do:

1.If you don't already have them, you will need to buy a cleanser, toner, moisturizer, exfoliant, cotton wool pads %26amp; a face mask. Unless you have full blown acne, products such as clean %26amp; clear, Oxy or Clearasil aren't recommended - these products are way too harsh and strip the skin, leaving it very dry and uncomfortable. Instead use natural, gently cleansing products which will remove excess oil and promote healthy, clear skin. However, never use a very rich moisturiser on oily skin! And don't use face-cleansing wipes every day in place of a cleanse-tone-moisturize routine.

2.Cleanse, tone and moisturize twice a day - once in the morning before you put on makeup, and once at night before you go to bed.

3.Cleansing - first, wash your hands so you won't be transferring bacteria to your face. Splash your skin with warm water. Apply the cleanser, and leave it for a minute or so to allow it to dissolve dirt and makeup. Then remove, either with damp cotton pads or by splashing with warm water, gently wiping until ALL the cleanser is removed. Never leave any cleanser on your face, as this encourages spots and imperfections. Dry your face gently with a clean towel.

4.Tone. Apply a small amount of toner to a cotton wool pad and wipe over your face. This will make sure all the cleanser is removed.

5.Moisturize - when the toner is dried, apply a small blob of moisturizer, gently massaging into your face.

6.If you haven't applied enough moisturizer and your skin still feels a little tight, then apply a bit more. If you apply too much %26amp; it feels too oily, then gently blot with some tissue.

7.Exfoliate - this only needs to be done twice a week. I usually remove makeup first, then gently massage the exfoliator in for half a minute, rinse, tone %26amp; moisturize.

8.Face Mask - use a nice, natural face mask with Kaolin once or twice a week.Always make sure your skin is squeaky clean before applying the mask. Shower or have a hot bath whilst the mask is on to make it more effective.
Morning:

University Medical Severe Acne Antibacterial Cleanser (an acne cleanser)

Dermalogica Daily Microfoliant (a daily exfoliator)

University Medical Severe Acne Toner (an acne astringent/toner)

Dermalogica Skin Renewal Booster (a highly concentrated serum that helps your skin shed dead cells and regenerate more quickly)

Olay Moisturizer

Evening:

Dermalogica Precleanse (a makeup remover for face and eyes)

Same cleanser and toner

University Medical Severe Acne Repair Lotion or Retinol Renewal Complex

Olay Moisturizer

Twice a Week:

homemade sugar scrub

homemade banana and honey face mask (for moisturizing and softness)

My skin is clear, but I have large pores which makes me very susceptible to breakouts. Although I break out from time to time, my skin gets dull very quickly so I use intense moisturizers after using my regular acne skin care. It sounds like it would be counterproductive, but it works for me.
