Japanese skin care?

I read in an article about Japanese make-up that Japanese women cleanse their faces with oils rather than soaps and can use up to nine skin care products each morning. I was just wondering if anyone knew what kind of oils they use. What kind of cleasing routine do they have? Japanese women have beautiful skin. I know that it's partly because of their genes but I'm just a little curious. I asked this yesterday but didn't get a lot of feedback.Japanese skin care?
