Skin care without using chemicals?

how do we treat face with boils on the forehead and nose and cheeks?how do we maintain a smooth face?Skin care without using chemicals?
If there is an organic products business somewhere close to you, they sell non toxic, chemical free biodegradable organic products. Usually it is an organic food store which carries a host of other organic products. I use an organic skin conditioner from purely organic substances.Skin care without using chemicals?
You need to eat more skin friendly foods. Vitamin A is essential for skin health and keeps the outer layers of your tissues and organs healthy. It promotes growth, strong bones, healthy skin, hair, teeth and gums. Also, it will hepl treat acne, superficial wrinkles, boils and open ulcers when applied externally. Your best natural food sources of this vitamin are fish liver oil, liver, carrots, dark green and yellow vegies, eggs, milk and dairy products, margarine and yellow fruits. Vitamin A is fat soluble, therefore, you should not exceed the recommended daily intake of 4,000 IU (International Units) for females.

You also need to increase you intake of vitamin E rich foods. Vitamin E enhances the activity of vitamin A. Vitamin E will keep you looking younger by retarding cellular aging due to oxidation. It also supplies oxygen to the body to give you more endurance, alleviates fatigue, prevents thick scar formation externally (when applied topically - it can be absorbed through the skin) and internally. It's brilliant for the healing of burns also. Your best natural food sources for vitamin E are wheat germ, soybeans, vegetable oils, nuts, brussels sprouts, leafy greens, spinach, enriched flour, whole wheat whole grain cereals and eggs.

If you drink chlorinated drinking water, you need more vitamin E also !! If you are on the pill you will also need to increase your intake of vitamin E. The recommended daily intake for adults is 8 -10 IU per day.

Also try using two tablespoons apple cider vinegar mixed with 1 teaspoon baking soda (mixed into a paste) as a twice daily cleanser. Baking soda is a natural exfolliant and has mild antibacterial properties and is perfect for sensitive and tender skin. After cleansing apply a small amount of cold pressed extra virgin olive oil, yep the one you cook with, and moisturise as normal. You honestly won't the believe the difference. Your skin will clear up in no time. Also, by sipping on warm water with two tablespoons apple cider vinegar throughout the day you will revert your digestive system to a normal alkaline state. Facial eruptions, such as you are experiencing, are normally due to the body's inability to produce enough hydrochloric acid to adequately digest all it's contents. The apple cider vinegar will give your system a bit of a helping hand in digestion and your tummy will definitely thank you for it too!! Maybe you've had trouble with bloated tummys and lots of gas also, this should make you loads happier.

OOPS Nearly forgot, make sure you drink loads of water every day. Preferably filtered water. Major department stores sell 2 and 3 litre water filter jugs for about $35.00 AUD. You need to be having one 250ml glass of water for every 10 kilos of body weight. So for 70 kilos, you need to have 7 x 250ml glasses of water per day at least............. : )
By not over cleansing your face as someone suggested.

Using natural skin care products. Not using soap on your face.

Try to find a nice gentle creamy cleanser and healing moisturiser.

Sea buckthorn oil is great at fixing problem skin conditions,it dries out spots overnight and speeds up skin cell regeneration. It's used in hospitalsfor treating burns, radiation burns, ulcers and allsorts of skin injuries because of it's healing qualities.

It's dead interesting stuff, I wish I'd discovered it years ago!

You can read about it here - http://www.rosacea-remedy.com

That website is selling it for rosacea but it's good for all problem skin. Especially acne, rosacea and very dry sensitive skin. I buy mine from this site because it isn't diluted like most shops that sell it. It's not cheap but it's not expensive either and it last a long time. I swear by it and so do all my buddies now, after I forced them all to try it lol :P

Really, sea buckthorn oil has got to be the best natural skin healing product out there. And everyone should have a little bottle in the first aid kit.
