What is exact steps for skin care...?

i just tried to start take care of my own skin... i am kinda confused how to use lotions and cleanser and stuff for skin care... so far i heard i should use cleanser, exfoliated, scrub, and moisturizer, cream, eye cream, and so on.... anyone know how to do basic skin care steps?

thanks. What is exact steps for skin care...?
I have facial cloths by equate that turn soapy when water is applied to take off cosmetics. I use Noxema facial scrub at night. Sometimes I will also use Biore pore cleansing strips. Then I use Aveeno products such as, radiance cream, eye cream, etc. I use eye cream because of my dark circles. If you don't have dark circles you probably don't need eye cream. In the morning I use vitamin E cream. (It gives you a healthy glow and makes your skin very soft.) Drink lots of water as well, it gives you a healthy complexion. I have done lots of research on products and found these to be the best. :)What is exact steps for skin care...?
You should have available at your disposal..

Scrub.

Cleanser.

Toner/Astrigent.

Cotton Pads.

Moisturizer.

Acne Treatment. [[If you have acne.]]

If you have oily/combination skin, you should avoid cream cleansers, heavy moisturizers, and use products that contain salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide. Also, you should use a clay mask at least once a week, and scrub your face with an exfoliator regularly.

If you have dry/normal skin, you should use cream cleansers, and avoid using astrigents/toner. This can be replaced by splashing your face with cold water.

1. Cleanse face.

2. Pour a small amount of toner/astrigent on a cotton pad and wipe it over the face.

This removes any remaining traces of dirt and oil from your face that the cleansing missed.

If you have dry/normal skin, skip this step.

3. Moisturize skin.

It is best to use a light moisturizer during the day, and a heavier one at night. However, if you have oily skin, you should use a light oil-free moisturizer.

4. Treatment.

If you have acne, you should buy a spot treatment to dab onto troublesome zits.

Then, you can apply your eye cream, lip balm, etc.

Steam your face, and apply a masque at least once a week.

This is very good for your pores and your skin.

A system is good, but you should know what type of skin you have first. Get an esthetician's analysis to tell you, if you can't have someone help you figure it out. That way you can make sure you're using the right products for your skin. (But don't buy from the esthetician b/c for the long run their products are too expensive. and you can get the similar porducts at the store.)
